The AI you're chatting with is called Talon. In Talon Studio, you'll see it referred to by a slightly longer name, like Talon Spark 1 — that short code at the end is Talon's version name.
It's made of two parts:
- A word, which is the codename for this generation of Talon — for example
Spark. If a distinct new generation is ever released, it gets a new codename. - A number, which counts the releases within that generation, starting at
1.
So Talon Spark 1 means: the first release of the "Spark" generation of Talon.
Examples
| Release | Version name |
|---|---|
| 1st release of "Spark" | Talon Spark 1 |
| 2nd release of "Spark" | Talon Spark 2 |
| 1st release of next generation | Talon <NewWord> 1 |
Where you'll see it
The version name appears in Talon Studio, next to the "Talon Studio" title, so you always know which release you're talking to.
