This Privacy Policy explains how Talon ("Talon", "we", "us") handles information when you use our website and inference API (the "Service").
Information we process
- Request content. Prompts, messages and parameters you send are processed in memory to generate a response and are not written to our logs.
- Generated output. Completions are streamed back to you and are not stored by the Service.
- Authentication data. Your API key is used only to authorize requests and is compared in constant time.
- Operational logs. Server logs may include timestamps, error messages, and startup and status events. Logs rotate automatically and are retained for up to 7 days.
How we use information
- To provide, secure and maintain the Service.
- To diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
- We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third parties
Requests are handled by the model backend operated as part of the Service. If you access Talon through an aggregator such as OpenRouter, that provider processes your data under its own privacy policy. This site loads Tailwind CSS and fonts from third-party CDNs, which may receive your IP address and browser details.
Cookies
The Service does not use cookies or trackers.
Security
We use API key authentication and reasonable technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and you should keep your API keys confidential.
Your rights
Because we do not retain request content or build user profiles, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct or delete. Contact us if you have a privacy question or request.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
